Should I Use An Internet Agent?

As early as possible on the agreed day, the buyer's solicitor will send the balance of the purchase money to the seller's solicitor. The seller's solicitor will notify the estate agent and the seller when the transaction is complete. Only then should the keys be released to the purchaser. This usually takes place around noon but could be as late as 5pm.
