An energy assessor will come and assess your property for a current and potential Energy Efficiency Rating and a current and potential Environmental (CO2) Impact Rating. This will be included in your HIP pack, which must be completed before you market your property.

Privacy is an important issue for many house buyers, and a tidy, secure, well-maintained boundary with neighbouring properties will be a big plus, rather than "another job that will need doing".
