Estate Agents Commission Rates Explained
Most sellers are unaware of the different commission rates that great yarmouth estate agents will charge to sell your property. It is a fact that not all great yarmouth estate agencies charge the same rates and there’s a good reason for this so don’t make your decision on price alone.

Rightmove, Globrix - what's the difference
It's been interesting to see the emergence of Globrix, the supposed "Google" of property search. I'm sure you'll find great yarmouth property on both portals. There are three main differences - Globrix is free to advertise properties on - Rightmove charge. Globrix store very scant property details and link to other sites for the bulk of the information. Rightmove advertise on television - I'm not sure that many of the public have really heard of Globrix, but perhaps that's slowly changing.
