A good estate agent in sandend will be able to advise you on how to best present your property to potential purchasers.
Missed Opportunities
You local sandend Estate Agents will always be available, by telephone or email, to deal with enquiries about your property. If you try to DIY your house sale then you are likely to miss may opportunities because you are unlikely to be available to field enquiries.
sandend Estate Agents Are Natural Sales People
It takes a special kind of person to be a good sales person. It takes character, charisma, a certain manner, the right looks... these are simply things that many of us lack. Hopefully your local sandend estate agent will posses the attributes of a good sales person, and close the sale for you faster and at a better price than you could manage on your own!

Selling Tips

Mirror Mirror
Do you have a small room in your house? A carefully selected mirror can really help to improve the perception of the size of a room.
Be Realistic About The Market
Like the rest of the UK, the property market in sandend is on its knees. You need to be realistic about the value of your sandend property if you want a quick sale. This may be difficult, especially if you stretched yourself on your mortgage when your purchased. Consider discussing your situation with your IFA, and your estate agent to agree a realistic market value for your property. Jun 09.
Cats And Dogs in your garden.
If you're selling property in sandend then you may want to check your garden for mess left behind by either your pets or neighbour's pets. If your garden looks like it's being used as a toilet, then this can make a very bad impression. Clean up after your own pets, and consider installing anti dog / cat measures to scare away / deter neighbour's pets. Please ensure these devices are humane.
Go Potty
It is said that first impressions last. If you property will allow for it, why not invest in some fragrant, colorful and attractive potted flowers or plants from a sandend garden center. These will help to make you property look cheerful and attractive on first impressions.

Rightmove, Globrix - what's the difference
It's been interesting to see the emergence of Globrix, the supposed "Google" of property search. I'm sure you'll find sandend property on both portals. There are three main differences - Globrix is free to advertise properties on - Rightmove charge. Globrix store very scant property details and link to other sites for the bulk of the information. Rightmove advertise on television - I'm not sure that many of the public have really heard of Globrix, but perhaps that's slowly changing.
Solicitor's Task: Correspond with your new lender
Something your solicitor will do for you:

• report back to your new lender, informing them if there are any problems with the title deeds of your sandend property, or with any of the special conditions they stipulated in the mortgage offer.
