There is a recent trend towards trying to sell your own property. Many new websites now offer services to assist you with this, but at AgentQuote.co.uk, we believe that there would be great value to you in finding a good estate agent in warter to market and sell your property.

Here are some points to consider when deciding whether to find an estate agent in warter to help you market and sell or let your property.

Well Connected

Missed Opportunities
You local warter Estate Agents will always be available, by telephone or email, to deal with enquiries about your property. If you try to DIY your house sale then you are likely to miss may opportunities because you are unlikely to be available to field enquiries.
Achieve The Best Price
Experienced Estate agents in warter understand the warter property market place, and will help your achieve the best price for your property.
In The Know
A good warter estate agent will already have a shortlist of potential buyers (applicants) on their books, who may immediately want to view your property. This could result in a quick sale.

Selling Tips

Go Potty
It is said that first impressions last. If you property will allow for it, why not invest in some fragrant, colorful and attractive potted flowers or plants from a warter garden center. These will help to make you property look cheerful and attractive on first impressions.
Molehills And Ants Nests
If your garden suffers from Mole Hills or ants nests, then take appropriate action to eliminate these pests (humanely, of course). These garden pests could be off-putting to warter property buyers.
Renew Scruffy Flooring
Linoleum flooring in bathrooms and kitchens can often look very unkempt after years of use. It is inexpensive to replace. Consider renewing it if it looks worse for wear.
Repair / Paint Fences
If you're putting your warter property on the market, then you may want to consider getting your garden fences painted / repaired.

Privacy is an important issue for many house buyers, and a tidy, secure, well-maintained boundary with neighbouring properties will be a big plus, rather than "another job that will need doing".

In the same manner, ensure that hedges and trees are trimmed and tidy.

Estate Agency Articles

What does "Completion" mean?
This is when the buyer becomes the legal owner of the property and can move in. As early as possible on the agreed day, the buyer's solicitor will send the balance of the purchase money to the seller's solicitor. The seller's solicitor will notify the estate agent and the seller when the transaction is complete. Only then should the keys be released to the purchaser. This normally takes place around noon but could be as late as 5pm.
Solicitor's Task: Correspond with your new lender
Something your solicitor will do for you:

• report back to your new lender, informing them if there are any problems with the title deeds of your warter property, or with any of the special conditions they stipulated in the mortgage offer.
