Make an appointment to view the property with the listing agent at your earliest convenience, DONT HANG BACK.

If you see something that's likely to be a good buy then be aware that you're not the only person who is likely to think so. The person who makes the best bid and is best placed to proceed through to completion stage will end up owning the house so don't be slow in viewing the house as soon as you can, if only to eliminate it from your list or to get an idea of what you can get for your money in that area.
