Is local best?

All other communication can be done by telephone or email. Most national conveyancers provide excellent case tracking facilities, and will keep you up-to-date with progress. The national conveyancers are highly experienced, and will usually cost far less than using a local firm.

What is Gazumping?

Gazumping is the name given to the circumstance where the seller has accepted a buyer's offer but then accepts a higher one.

This can be avoided by asking the seller/estate agent to stop marketing the property.
