The conveyancing process can be surprisingly slow at times... Are you prepared for delays? In an ideal world, person A agrees to purchase person B's property. The solicitors get to work, contracts are exchanged, money is exchanged and the transaction is completed. In the no-so-ideal world, this process can get horribly held up by various unforeseen circumstances.
