of our registered sellers and agents. Please read these details about our Privacy
Statement carefully as once you use our website and access our product you will
be regarded as having read and accepted the terms of our policy.
The use of the term 'sellers' shall refer to persons who require to sell or rent
an owned property. The term 'agent' or 'agents' shall refer to agents selling or
letting properties.
We do not store any secure financial data such as credit card or bank details on
our system.
We do not presently pass personal details about sellers onto other interested third
parties outside of the parties termed as agents, except where HIPs or conveyancing
services have been requested and it becomes neccecary to make verbal contact with the
seller.
We employ industry accepted security methods and devices to protect the data held
on our servers.
We perform data reviews periodically and archive data when it is deemed to be no
longer useful or necessary.
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
1. to enable you to access and use the Services; and/or
2. to communicate with you; and/or
3. to process a transaction between you and an agent; and/or
4. to inform you of a new offer or service we decide that you may wish to be made
aware of.
If you decide to enter into an arrangement with an agent, through our website, the
