The speed and ease with which the conveyance was done was good. I was not happy with the extra charge of I think 60 & 70 pounds (i am in Cyprus at the moment) above the fixed price you quoted. Although i was given an explanation for them I am still not fully satisfied. If you where aware these would be charged but didn't know what the amout would be. You should make clear these may apply, especially when you have quoted a fixed price.
