I never leave feedback for anything (except Ebay where you have to). But Mackenzie Jones deserve feedback. I was appalled at the costs all my local solicitors quoted me (£700 ' £1,000) for conveyancing a house, just insane. I was faced with either paying this rate, doing it myself, or find something cheaper online. 10 Years ago I had a terrible experience with one of the cheap online companies that put me right off. But I checked out quite a few online companies anyway, and came across macJones. They werent the cheapest, but I wasnt looking for the cheapest. I was looking for a company that charged a reasonable amount for the work but did it well with good feedback. It was actually the feedback pages on their site that persauded me to use them. The feedback from maybe the 1st 20 I read was all very positive. I will confirm they were correct. I dealt with 3 different women at MacJones, as I exchanged and completed during the summer holidays. There was no disruption between their handovers. Their online tracking system works very well, you receive an email every time there is progress with the sale. If you called or emailed them you get an answer same day (none of that pull your hair out frustration when dealing with other solicitors).
