My transaction with HE was a positive one on the whole. The only issues that I have are as follow: I got an online quotation for my conveyancing and one of the appeals was the online progress report. This wasnt filled in beyond the intial contact. However this wasnt an issue as my allocated solicitor Rachel Coles was excellent in returning my emails in a timely manner. Towards the end of my transaction there was a number of misunderstandings regarding the transfer of funds and specifically what ammounts HE had recieved from my bank. This was a little disconcerting in view of the volume of the transfers. At this stage the case had be taken over by Kayley Williams and at one stage I was being advised that I required a figure to complete my purchase that was wildly different from my completion statement. Lastly, Rachel Coles went away just prior to exchange and the first i knew about it was an out of office email reply. I would have appreciated it if Rachel had introduced Kayley or at the very least Rachel had let me know that she would be away. To me these are all relevant points but I must say that I would not hesitate to instruct HE again and I an very happy with the overqall service I recieved and my communication with both Rachel and Kayley was excellent. .
