Estate Agents Commission Rates Disambiguated
The vast majority of sellers are not aware of the different rates of commission that Sunderland estate agents will charge for the sale of your home. It is a known fact that not all Sunderland estate agencies charge the same rates and there's a good reason for this - so don't make your selection of agency on price alone.
