I wonder how many folks got caught seriously in the slump in the marketplace, when they purchased a house at what appeared to be a bargain value, spent thousands of pounds improving it, in the empty dream of selling it on at a gain. Very many, I'm persuaded! The question is... is there nonetheless riches to be made? How can the danger be minimized?
